Rihanna recibió el premio por "Mejor Video Internacional" - Best International Video - por "Don't Stop the music" y "Video más Visto" - Most Watched Video por su adictiva canción "Umbrella" (ella, ella, ella). Riri tenía esas dos nominaciones y se llevó ambos premios. Rihanna fue vestida toda de negro, su outfit bastante cool a excepción del sombrero.
